We use this data to reply to you, to review your video, to assess whether you fit an open trial, and to arrange a trial or coaching if it makes sense. In short, to handle your application and stay in touch with you about it.
Your application is handled by the Scoutline team (Gavin Kwan and the people working with him on trial matching) so they can review it and get back to you. We share your data only with the people and providers needed to run this service (for example messaging and email). We never sell your data.
We keep your application for as long as we are in contact about a possible trial or program, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Just contact us via the link above and we will take care of it.
