We only collect the details you send us yourself. When you fill in the application form or contact us on WhatsApp, that typically means:
We use this data to reply to you, to review your video, to assess whether you fit an open trial, and to arrange a trial or coaching if it makes sense. In short, to handle your application and stay in touch with you about it. Trial matching and contact are handled by Gavin and the Scoutline team.
Your application is handled by the Scoutline team (Gavin Kwan Adsit and the people working with him on trial matching) so they can review it and get back to you. We share your data only with the people and providers needed to run this service (for example messaging and email). We never sell your data.
We use privacy-friendly analytics to measure reach and understand how the site is used, so we can improve it. This involves two tools:
_pk_id and _pk_ses to recognise repeat visits during a session. Marketing links (UTM parameters in the URL) are recorded so we can see which channel a visit came from.This data is used for aggregate reach and usage measurement only, not to build advertising profiles, and it is never sold. You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser, using your browser's Do Not Track setting, or blocking analytics scripts. Deleting the _pk_id and _pk_ses cookies in your browser settings also stops the recognition of repeat visits.
We keep your application for as long as we are in contact about a possible trial or program, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Just contact us using the details above and we will take care of it.
